IT PA discussion relay

This private tool sends a short email wake signal when a new comment or reply appears in an account owner's selected Google Drive folder.

The receiver reads the current discussion to check its location and prevent replies from triggering loops. Notification emails contain resource identifiers rather than comment text.

Access stays with the account owner

Google authorization requests read-only Drive access and permission to send email. The configured receiver uses one owner's account and sends notifications only to that same account. This site does not provide sign-in, registration, or access to the receiver.

A separately connected assistant may use a wake signal to reread the actual Drive discussion. It must verify the discussion and the owner's authorization before acting.
